About the role

Time per task: Approximately 3 hours, following approximately 15 hours of initial environment development. Tasks include: Build realistic transaction environments containing company information, financial statements, diligence materials, and deal context. Design multi-step tasks involving valuation, comparable-company analysis, financial modeling, and sell-side advisory.

Experience

5+ years of professional experience in investment banking, M&A, or sell-side advisory. Hands-on experience building valuation models, comparable-company analyses, CIMs, pitch books, and client-facing materials for live deals. Hands-on experience using agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork for substantive work. General chatbot use alone is insufficient.
