About the role

Time per task: Approximately 3 hours, following approximately 15 hours of initial environment development. Tasks include: Build realistic consulting environments containing client context, business data, reference documents, and stakeholder requirements. Design multi-step tasks involving business analysis, strategy, research synthesis, and executive recommendations.

Experience

5+ years of professional experience in management or strategy consulting. Direct ownership of substantial consulting workstreams, analyses, and client-facing deliverables. Hands-on experience using agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork for substantive work. General chatbot use alone is insufficient.
