Transparency and referral disclosure

Last updated: 13 October 2026 · OpenJob editorial team

Some OpenJob application buttons contain referral links. If a candidate completes the platform’s qualifying steps, OpenJob may receive compensation. The platform determines those conditions; using a link does not guarantee acceptance, assignments or earnings.

How referrals affect the catalog

Referral availability does not determine whether a valid opportunity is listed. Search order and suggested alternatives should reflect relevance, eligibility and freshness, without automatically favoring referral offers.

Applications remain external

Each job page has one application button. It directs the candidate to the hiring platform, where that platform’s own application process and privacy information apply. OpenJob retains the official application route separately from its public link.

Information that is kept separate

Pay figures describe the opportunity as reported by its source. They are not referral rewards and do not represent a promise of income. Internal referral administration does not form part of the public job description.
