Lead the quality strategy for large-scale AI training data and annotation programs. You will define quality standards, manage quality teams, oversee audits, and ensure accurate, consistent, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times. Experience
8+ years of experience, including 4+ years leading teams; Strong experience in quality management and high-volume operations; Proven ability to design and scale quality systems; Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; Experience leading managers or team leads; Experience in annotation, data labeling, AI training data, multimodal, or LLM evaluation projects is preferred
