About the role
Lead a pod of trainers building terminal-based chemistry tasks for Terminal Bench Science: review tasks end to end for chemical correctness, reproducibility, safety and grader reliability (units, convergence, stereochemistry, force fields), and coach trainers.
Experience
Ph.D., postdoctoral or equivalent advanced experience in chemistry; strong Python, C/C++, Julia or Fortran with Linux; hands-on computational chemistry, molecular simulation or cheminformatics; experience reviewing research and leading small teams.
