About the role
We're looking for experienced scientists and engineers who are native or fluent in German to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You'll build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real stem work as it's done in Germany. Experience as a scientist or engineer in research or industry (master's or PhD a plus).

Experience as a scientist or engineer in research or industry (master's or PhD a plus). Native or fluent in German. Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Germany. Comfortable with quantitative analysis, technical documentation and engineering problem solving. Details: Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.
