About the role
Remote contract work for venture capital and corporate attorneys on an AI training project: review venture and corporate transactions, comment on term sheets, share purchase agreements and convertible notes, and explain structuring and governance questions. No prior AI experience is required.
Experience
JD and active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction; extensive experience (ideally 7+ years) in venture capital financings, corporate transactions and startup advisory; drafting and negotiating investment and governance documents.
