micro1 is looking for VA Eligibility Specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems on veterans health care topics. You’ll use your enrollment and eligibility experience to check that questions sound like real veterans and families, and that answers are correct and useful. Accuracy comes first.
Experience
Former VA enrollment, eligibility, or care coordination experience, or experience as a VA social worker • 1+ years working on VA health care enrollment, eligibility determination, or care coordination • Working knowledge of priority groups, income and means testing, and community care • US-based • Able to start quickly and commit 20-30 hours/week • Clear, precise writing
