About the role
Remote contract work for US internal medicine physicians on a customer AI project about inpatient care and documentation: review medical records (including FHIR data and clinical notes), check whether clinical claims are supported by the record, and flag missing, incorrect or inconsistent information such as dose adjustments and medication interactions. This work involves reviewing medical records: read the confidentiality and data-handling terms on the official page before applying.
Experience
Preferred: at least 5 years of hospitalist experience; MD or DO board certified in Internal Medicine (or with a Hospital Medicine focus); current or recent inpatient hospitalist work (within the last 2 years); strong knowledge of inpatient documentation; chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review or medical coding/QA is a plus.
