About the role
Remote contract work for biologists and bioinformaticians: design, evaluate and critique biology and bioinformatics workflows used to benchmark AI models, review analysis pipelines for genomic, transcriptomic and proteomic data, and analyse datasets such as NGS, RNA-seq, single-cell and protein structure data.
Experience
PhD in biology, bioinformatics, computational biology, genomics or a related field, or equivalent research experience; hands-on analysis of real biological data; Python and/or R plus standard tools of the subfield (for example BLAST, samtools, GATK, Bioconductor); professional English (C1 or higher).
