Experience
• Experience in operations, talent acquisition, or a similar role. • • General understanding of candidate sourcing and recruitment processes. • • Exceptional self-management skills, especially in remote work settings. • • Strong stakeholder communication abilities with demonstrated experience collaborating with hiring managers and candidates. • • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and recruitment software. • • Meticulous attention to detail in candidate recordkeeping and process documentation.
