About the role
Remote contract work for investment funds and asset management attorneys on an AI training project: analyze and annotate fund documents, draft realistic scenarios on fund formation, compliance and investor relations, and review AI-generated legal content against current securities regulation. No prior AI experience is required.
Experience
JD and active bar membership in good standing; extensive, recent experience advising on investment funds and asset management; strong knowledge of U.S. and international securities law and fund governance; experience with offering memoranda, subscription agreements and regulatory filings.
