Remote contract work for corporate attorneys from large law firms on an AI training project: analyze and draft complex agreements and legal instruments in corporate law, M&A, private equity and capital markets, and explain legal reasoning clearly for AI training. No prior AI experience is required.
Experience
Active license to practice law in the United States; current or recent (within the last 3 years) experience at a top-tier BigLaw firm in corporate law, M&A, private equity or capital markets.
