About the role
micro1 is looking for former Consular Officers and Passport Specialists to help evaluate and improve AI systems on passport and citizenship topics. You’ll use your State Department experience to check that questions sound like real applicants and that answers are correct on complex cases. Accuracy comes first.
Experience
Former State Department experience in a passport agency (Passport Specialist/Adjudicator) or consular section (Consular Officer) • 1+ years adjudicating or advising on passport or citizenship matters • Working knowledge of citizenship and nationality rules and passport eligibility • US-based • Able to start quickly and commit 20-30 hours/week • Clear, precise writing
