Remote, project-based work for business operations practitioners: design realistic multi-step operations (reporting, process design, workflow management) tasks with reference files and objective grading criteria, used to measure what AI systems can do. Paid per approved task. No prior AI experience is required.
Experience
5+ years of hands-on operations work, with experience writing SOPs, QA checklists or training standards. Strong English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred). Selection includes screening questions and an AI interview.
