About the role
Outlier recruitment route for Japanese-language AI training in Japan. Rank model-written responses, create Japanese text and assess factual accuracy. Fluent Japanese reading/writing and careful reasoning are needed. Professional translation or writing experience and humanities/writing study are part of the ideal profile. Pay for core project work is up to US$31/hour, depending on expertise, assessment, location and project need; onboarding and other non-core work may pay less. Candidates need authorization to work in their residence country; no employment or sponsorship is offered. Registration and assessment are separate from project allocation: no immediate task, minimum rate or workload is guaranteed.
