We're looking for experienced management and strategy consultants who are native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You'll build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real consulting work as it's done in mainland China. Experience in management or strategy consulting.

Experience in management or strategy consulting. Native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in mainland China. Experience with market entry, operations and growth strategy work for companies operating in China. Details: Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.
