About the role
We're looking for experienced management and strategy consultants who are native or fluent in German to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You'll build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real consulting work as it's done in Germany. Experience in management or strategy consulting.
Experience
Experience in management or strategy consulting. Native or fluent in German. Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Germany. Experience with strategy, operations and restructuring work for clients in Germany / DACH, incl. Mittelstand and industrial clients. Details: Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.
