About the role
Full-time remote patent-language leadership with Park IP, a Welo Global brand. Listed locations: Spain (Barcelona), United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany and Portugal. Translate and review English-to-Brazilian-Portuguese patent/legal materials, maintain terminology and coordinate linguists and client queries. Native Brazilian Portuguese and fluent written/spoken English are required. Patent expertise, CAT tools and localization knowledge are essential. Salary is not disclosed; work-authorization or sponsorship conditions are not stated and should be confirmed with the employer.
Experience
8+ years of relevant translation/localization/editing/content experience and 5+ years of review experience; patent translation knowledge is critical.
Education
Translation/language degree, or another degree plus two years of full-time translation, or five years of full-time professional translation. These education alternatives do not replace the separate senior experience requirements.
