About the role
Hourly contract, fully remote, flexible commitment. Software developers bring a software project they personally own and build it with an AI coding assistant; at each step they compare two versions of the assistant's response, choose the better one and write a brief explanation. You keep ownership of what you build.
Experience
A software project you personally and solely own, stored in a git repository (open-source projects with an approved license are eligible; work owned by an employer, client, university or under NDA is not). Comfortable with the terminal and git; macOS, Linux or Windows with WSL2; able to write clear, honest evaluations. Coding-session transcripts are used to improve AI models and cannot be withdrawn after submission.
