The ideal candidate is an experienced corporate paralegal with foundational training at a law firm and hands-on experience with venture financings, corporate governance, equity administration, and transaction closings. This person will own the details that keep corporate matters moving, from drafting and signatures through filings, records, and closing organization. They will also help build AI-enabled workflows, self-service tools, and automations to reduce manual work, improve response times, and allow the legal team to focus on higher-value matters.
