micro1 is looking for Passport Acceptance Agents to help evaluate and improve AI systems on passport topics. You’ll use your front-counter experience to check that questions sound like real applicants and that answers are correct and useful. Accuracy comes first.
Experience
Current or recent passport acceptance agent designation (post office, county clerk, library, or similar) • 1+ years helping the public with passport applications • Working knowledge of forms, fees, ID and citizenship documents, and rules for minors • US-based • Able to start quickly and commit 20-30 hours/week • Clear, precise writing
