micro1 is looking for VA-accredited Veterans Service Officers to help evaluate and improve AI systems on veterans benefits topics. You’ll use your claims experience to check that questions sound like real veterans and families, and that answers are correct and useful. Accuracy comes first.
Experience
Current VA accreditation (VSO representative, County Veterans Service Officer, accredited claims agent, or similar) • 1+ years preparing and filing VA claims for veterans or their families • Working knowledge of disability compensation, dependents and survivor benefits, and appeals • US-based • Able to start quickly and commit 20-30 hours/week • Clear, precise writing
