micro1 is looking for Postal Clerks to help evaluate and improve AI systems on postal service topics. You’ll use your front-counter experience to check that questions sound like real customers and that answers are correct and useful. Accuracy comes first.
Experience
Current, former, or retired USPS frontline experience (postal clerk, sales and service associate, or retail associate) • 1+ years helping customers in person at a post office counter • Working knowledge of mail classes, shipping options, postage, tracking, and change of address • US-based • Able to start quickly and commit 15-25 hours/week • Clear, precise writing
