About the role
Create and evaluate realistic software-engineering tasks for an AI-lab project. Work covers bug fixes, feature implementation, refactoring, migrations and tests across multiple files. Contributors write specifications and reference solutions, then review peer submissions for correctness, ambiguity and edge cases. This is part-time, project-based consulting from Italy, with independent scheduling and personal tools.
Experience
Three to seven years of software-engineering experience, Italian and advanced professional written English. Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, production backend or full-stack development, testing frameworks, debugging large codebases and code-review experience. Working knowledge of Java, C# or Go is requested.
