About the role
LILT is accepting applications from Italy-based subject matter experts for an AI benchmarking project. The work combines Italian language judgment with professional expertise: create realistic scenarios, adapt scoring rubrics, assess the accuracy and relevance of AI and human responses, and contribute reference solutions. This is a contractor community application; selection and onboarding do not guarantee assignments or hours.
Experience
At least five years of relevant professional experience is required. Areas include software engineering, mathematics, robotics, healthcare, natural sciences, manufacturing, finance, media and office workflows. The broader role also describes code review, refactoring and execution in a sandboxed environment. Native-level Italian and strong professional English are required.
Education
Demonstrable professional background or academic exposure in a relevant field. No single degree is specified.
Selection process
