About the role
Task-based contract, remote, flexible. Native speakers hold 4–5 minute spoken conversations with an AI healthcare receptionist while playing a fictional patient, use trigger phrases to test whether the AI makes the correct actions (checking a record, booking an appointment, verifying insurance), then review transcripts and flag issues such as mispronunciations, cutoffs, interruptions and delays.
Experience
Native or near-native speaker of the language with a clear, natural speaking voice; detail-oriented, with the patience to review recordings and transcripts and follow detailed labeling guidelines.
