Who manages this website
OpenJob is an independent editorial project managed by Antonio Pannella, the controller for personal data processed through this website. For questions or to exercise your privacy rights, use the OpenJob privacy email and identify your request as a privacy request.
What we collect and why
Browsing can generate technical records such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps. These are used to deliver the website, diagnose faults and protect it against abuse. Hosting and security providers may keep their own operational logs.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and message, together with any information you choose to include. We use this information to answer your request and handle corrections or privacy enquiries. Do not include a password, identity document, CV or sensitive information.
Legal bases
We process necessary technical and security information on the basis of the legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website. We process contact requests to respond to the enquiry and, where applicable, to comply with a legal obligation such as handling a data-rights request. We do not use a contact message as consent to marketing.
Applications and external websites
OpenJob does not accept job applications or make hiring decisions. An application link takes you to an external platform, which handles its own candidate data under its own privacy notice. Read that notice before providing information. Some links include a referral identifier associated with OpenJob; it allows the destination platform to attribute the referral after you follow the link. This does not change your qualifications or guarantee selection.
Cookies, fonts and technical services
For information about browser storage and cookie choices, consult our Cookie Policy.
WordPress and the contact form can use necessary cookies or security tokens for authentication, preferences and abuse prevention. Google Analytics 4 is used for website statistics only with your consent to the Statistics category. The Analytics scripts are blocked before you choose and after you reject or withdraw consent. Google may process information about page visits, browser/device characteristics and interactions under its own privacy terms. Use Cookie Preferences on any page to change your choice. OpenJob does not operate a newsletter signup or marketing connection through this website.
The site loads Google Fonts from Google-operated domains. This creates a connection from your browser to those domains, potentially sharing your IP address and browser information. A JavaScript library associated with jsDelivr is bundled locally in the theme; this alone does not establish an external request to jsDelivr. External application platforms may have separate privacy and cookie practices. External application platforms may set their own cookies after you visit them.
Who can receive the information
Information is accessible to OpenJob’s operator and providers needed to host, secure and maintain the website or deliver contact notifications. The website is hosted through Bluehost and uses WordPress and WPForms. We do not sell contact messages or use them to build a marketing audience. Data may also be disclosed where required by law.
International processing
Hosting, email delivery, fonts and content-delivery services can involve processing outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. The applicable locations and transfer arrangements depend on the provider and service. Contact OpenJob for information about a specific processing operation; provider notices also describe their arrangements.
How long information is needed
Contact information is retained only as needed to answer and document the request, resolve a dispute or meet an applicable legal obligation. Technical records and security information are subject to the provider’s operational retention and the need to investigate faults or abuse. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable obligations rather than a guarantee that all records disappear immediately.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If a processing operation relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact OpenJob using the privacy email above; provide only the information needed to identify the request. You can also complain to your competent supervisory authority, including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Changes
This notice describes the present website. We will update it when the website’s functions or processing change.
