About the role
Remote, project-based work for HR and people operations practitioners: design realistic multi-step HR (payroll operations, workforce planning, policy application, employee lifecycle) tasks with reference files and objective grading criteria, used to measure what AI systems can do. Paid per approved task. No prior AI experience is required.
Experience
5+ years of hands-on HR or people operations work, with experience writing policies, payroll checklists or case-handling standards. Strong English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred). Selection includes screening questions and an AI interview.
