About the role
Remote contract work for sales, revenue and customer success operations experts on an AI training project: work through realistic SaaS operations scenarios (CRM configuration, workflow design, policy conflicts, data accuracy) and explain your reasoning. No prior AI experience is required.
Experience
Hands-on configuration experience in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) plus at least two connected tools such as quoting, billing, ticketing or project tracking.
