About the role
Part-time remote work (20 hours a week) with a leading AI lab's research team: design chemistry tasks and benchmarks on route design, reaction optimization and spectroscopic characterization, write reference solutions and evaluate AI models' chemical reasoning.
Experience
PhD in chemistry (synthetic, organic, medicinal, analytical, physical or related), or equivalent research experience; 3+ years of hands-on chemistry; multi-step small-molecule synthesis; NMR, MS, IR and HPLC/LC-MS data interpretation.
