About the role
Remote contract work for inpatient physicians on an AI project about clinical documentation: review medical records (including FHIR data and clinical notes), check that clinical claims are supported by the documentation, identify discrepancies or omissions in HPI, PMH, assessments and care plans, and give detailed feedback to project teams. This work involves reviewing medical records: read the confidentiality and data-handling terms on the official page before applying.
Experience
Preferred: MD or DO, board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics or Hospital Medicine; current or recent inpatient or hospitalist experience (within the past 2 years preferred); chart review, clinical documentation improvement, utilization review or coding/QA experience is a plus.
