About the role
Remote contract work for certified medical coders on an AI project: review medical records for accurate ICD-10 and CPT coding, check clinical documentation, evaluate AI-generated clinical notes and summaries, code AI-generated diagnostic and procedural information and resolve coding discrepancies. This work involves reviewing medical records: read the confidentiality and data-handling terms on the official page before applying.
Experience
Preferred: active CCS, CIC, COC, RHIA or RHIT certification (or another AHIMA/AAPC coding certification); ICD-10 coding experience; access to current ICD-10 and CPT coding books and E&M guidelines; current work in medical coding or clinical documentation.
