Experience
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Experience with requirement-gathering and process-mapping techniques; Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities; Strong attention to detail and documentation skills; Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage
