About the role
Remote contract work for hardware engineers on AI training projects: create rigorous, self-contained hardware engineering problems based on realistic scenarios and develop reference solutions with calculations, simulations or scripts (for example Python, MATLAB, Simulink, SPICE or C/C++).
Experience
Preferred: degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, aerospace or systems engineering, applied physics or a related field; significant hardware engineering experience (product development, testing, validation, reliability or failure analysis); demonstrated ownership of a substantial engineering problem. Experience with coding agents is stated as a must.
