About the role
Remote, flexible hourly contract for senior software engineers working on agentic AI: design and refine workflows where AI plans, writes, tests and iterates on code, evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency and security, create real-world coding challenges and benchmarks, identify failure modes of autonomous agents and improve evaluation rubrics and test harnesses. Task-based, asynchronous work on your own schedule.
Experience
5+ years of professional software engineering experience; proficiency in one or more of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C++, Go or Rust; solid software architecture and system design; comfortable reviewing and debugging unfamiliar code; version control, CI/CD, testing and code review; clear technical communication. Nice to have: LLM tooling or agentic frameworks, developer tools or static analysis, RLHF or model evaluation, open-source contributions.
