About the role
Remote contract work for bioinformaticians: design, evaluate and critique bioinformatics and computational biology workflows used to benchmark AI models, review analysis pipelines and statistical methods, and analyse datasets such as NGS, RNA-seq and variant data.
Experience
PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, genomics or a related field, or equivalent experience; hands-on analysis of biological data; Python and/or R and standard tools (for example BLAST, samtools, GATK); reproducible workflows with Nextflow or Snakemake; professional English (C1 or higher).
